NIGHT SHIFT (20% night shift differential pay)

Defense & Aerospace Machine Shop

Location :   3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Shift :   Night shift

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

CNC OPERATOR / PARTS LOADING

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Loading material / parts into machine and running program.
• Daily maintenance on machine (checking fluid levels, cleaning out chips, etc).
• In-process inspection of parts.
• Minor program changes, mainly tool offsets.
• Replacement of worn or damaged tools (inserts, boring bars, end mills, drills, etc).
• Sign-off of paperwork accompanying parts (MOT, Inspection Traveler)
• Proper handling of parts.
• Proper identification of parts / parts containers to maintain traceability to job number & split lot.

EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIRED :

Requirements :

Material working with : 304L, Nitronic 60, Inconel 718, 6061, 7075, aermet 100, D2

Tolerances : + / - .0003

CNC Equipment : Mazak mills / lathes 3X / 4X axis, Brother / Methods 3X / 4X axis, Yasda mill turns 5X, Integrex mill turns 5X

Controls Used : Fanuc / Fadal / Haas
