Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Health (Cerner) Expert to lead the growth of Services on Cerner Platform (Implementation, Upgrades, Support, cloud migration etc.). This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions, with a strong background in Cerner product & implementation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, management, and soft skills to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.Key Responsibilities•Drive growth of Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions services for TCS.•Build Cerner Practice within the organization, adding a team of SMEs / technical experts and solution architects.•Provide technical and strategic guidance on Oracle Health applications and workflows.•Engage with Client providing solutions to their needs around Cerner.•Oversee key project execution, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.•Mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Qualifications:Required Qualifications•15+ years of Total experience with minimum of 5 recent years in Oracle Health (Cerner), with a strong focus on product deployment (functional and technical).•Proven leadership experience managing large-scale healthcare IT projects.•Deep understanding of Cerner Millennium, Revenue Cycle, Population Health, and other Oracle Health modules.•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people skills.•Based around the Greater Chicago area and open to travel (40%)Salary Range: $134,420-$195,360 a year
