Hexcel is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards for our Stamford, CT (Hybrid) location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Support the administration of Health and Welfare plans
- Develop and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive plans, and bonus programs
- Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related issues
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to inform program design and adjustments
- Manage and administer the global equity grant and ESPP programs including employee assistance, grant reporting analysis, recordkeeping, reconciliations, stock ownership tracking and vendor relationship management
- Calculate annual profit sharing and true-up contributions for eligible participants
- Reconcile bi-weekly HSA employee contributions and the annual lump sum company contribution
- Provide ongoing support to both the Compensation director and Benefits Director on a variety of projects, including providing strategic input that impact Executive Compensation and benefits, advising senior executives on compensation related inquiries and other ad-hoc compensation related projects
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefitsCertification in Compensation (CCP) or Benefits (CBP) is a plusSkills and Competencies :
