A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to patients regarding referrals, confirming demographic information and providing updates

Communicate with vendor partners and claims adjusters about new and ongoing referrals

Process referrals in compliance with state regulations and billing requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1-2 years of clerical or customer service experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to meet minimum typing requirements

Credit security clearance required, confirmed via background check
