Position Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting Manager with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and a willingness to dive into the details when needed. This role is ideal for someone who can lead and support accounting operations while also stepping in to handle transactional work as necessary. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closes, including preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and all balance sheet accounts to the general ledger.
• Perform account reconciliations and review complex transactions when needed.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing leadership and guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and compliance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with accurate financial data.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit preparation.
• Roll up your sleeves to assist with hands-on tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
