Position Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning Analyst to support the Group division within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. This position is focused on expenses and ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in financial analysis within the insurance industry. This role will serve as a critical business partner to leadership, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, operational efficiency, and performance analysis to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Oracle ERP / EPB and Excel combined with analytical and communication skills to drive continuous improvement in cost structures.

• This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

About this Position's Pay

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
