Position Overview : We are seeking an Associate General Dentist with experience in oral sedation to join our dynamic team. As an Associate General Dentist at Dogwood, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care to pediatric patients who may require oral sedation for their treatment. Our state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with the latest dental technology to support your practice.

At Dogwood Pediatric Dentistry, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the dedication of our team members. Our compensation structure includes a guaranteed daily base salary, the opportunity to earn additional income based on collections and a growth program to support your long-term success.

Requirements : To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria :

Hold a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school.

Completed a pediatric dental residency program.

Be Board Certified and / or Board Eligible as a Pediatric Dentist.

Possess a current and valid Georgia dental license.

Demonstrate previous experience in clinical or private practice settings.

Maintain current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Exhibit an excellent bedside manner with a focus on creating positive patient experiences.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, parents, and our team.
