The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $55.03/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $40.20/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr. Local Rate (Below 60 miles): $44.55/hr, .

Shift: Monday to friday 3 Days 7:00 pm - 07:30 am

Per Week: 36 Hours

RN-Acute Care Float Pool

RN must be willing to float to all med surg floors including the following: Ortho, Med-surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, Med-Surg Tele, and must be willing to float to our West Lakes Campus (9.5 miles from DT)

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
