Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate interest and book discovery meetings
Qualify prospects against defined criteria and maintain CRM hygiene
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or BDR role (SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of meeting outbound activity and meeting targets
Comfortable on the phone and able to handle objections
Self-starter who thrives in a building environment
