[job_card.job_description]Receive, organize, and store incoming items at our warehouse facility Maintain clean, orderly storage areas for auction items and estate inventory Load / unload cargo van as part of daily operations Delivery & Moving : Assist with small residential moves, including loading / unloading household goods Deliver furniture and boxed items to clients, donation centers, or storage units Safely wrap, pad, and protect items during handling and transport Client Service & On-Site Support : Work respectfully in client homes, often during emotional transitions Follow move plans and packing checklists to ensure efficient project completion Support other team members with lifting, sorting, and carrying items Equipment & Safety : Operate dollies, hand trucks, tools, and other moving equipment safely Follow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in warehousing, delivery driving, moving, or logistics Familiarity with handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the workday Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude Experience working on a small team and making sound decisions to accomplish results Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday-Friday Positive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to help others Why Work with Caring Transitions?
