Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Feedback Loop : Provide actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.

This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have pre-booked their call times, rather than cold calls or lead generation.
