A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist who provides support for global HR operations and customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, resolving cases related to payroll, benefits, and onboarding
Administer key HR programs and support onboarding and offboarding processes
Process HR purchase orders and invoices while ensuring compliance with HR policies
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of HR experience with a strong customer service background
Preferred experience with ServiceNow HR module, Workday, and HR Shared Services
Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
