Controller

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Controller to lead financial operations and provide strategic guidance for our clients organization in the Stanislaus County. This role requires expertise in accounting, budgeting, compliance, and leadership to ensure the company's financial health and efficiency. Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the executive team and monitor budget performance.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Mentor and manage the accounting team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across operations, sales, and credit functions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and oversee customer credit approvals and collections.
• Maintain strong banking relationships and support financing activities as needed.
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency through strategic initiatives.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
