Screening Department Operator

About the Role:

The Screening Department Operator for second shift plays a crucial role in the durable goods manufacturing process by ensuring that all materials and products meet the highest quality standards before they proceed to the next stage of production. This position involves operating screening equipment, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks to identify any defects or inconsistencies. The operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of screening results and collaborating with team members to implement improvements in processes. Minimum Qualifications:
