Key Responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth launch
Drive technical and operational readiness, guiding customers through data validation and platform setup
Design and refine scalable onboarding processes, templates, and documentation
Required Qualifications
6+ years in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or technical project management
Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred, especially in revenue management
Demonstrated success in building or improving onboarding processes
Strong technical aptitude and ability to diagnose data / configuration issues
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
