Key Responsibilities
Own financial reporting and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of financial reports
Oversee service delivery optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across departments
Manage contract lifecycle and compliance, mitigating risks associated with client and vendor agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations Management required; MBA or CPA preferred
Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and accounting principles
Proven ability to design and execute large-scale operational strategies
Expertise in process improvement methodologies and experience with enterprise systems
