Mentor Manager

Job Overview :

The Mentor Manager plays a crucial role in supporting VPMMA's mentoring program. This individual will oversee and support mentors in various mentoring formats, including 1 : 1 mentoring, group mentoring, and panel discussions. The Mentor Coordinator ensures a positive and productive experience for mentors and mentees, contributing to the successful career development of veterans and military spouses in project management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mentor Onboarding & Training : Onboard new mentors in the Volunteer Staff Pipeline. Provide role-specific training on VPMMA's mentoring program, guidelines, and best practices once fully pre-boarded.

Note : the Volunteer Manager conducts VPMMA orientation
