A company is looking for a Pump Sales Manager in the Great Lakes Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team across inside sales, outside sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment and performance
Drive commercial execution, customer engagement, and growth initiatives in an industrial distribution setting
Build and refine processes that support scalable sales and service performance
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
Background in industrial distribution, ideally in roles such as Branch Manager, Inside Sales Manager, or Sales Manager
Exposure to rotating equipment preferred; pump technology experience is a plus, but not required if you can learn quickly
Ability to operate confidently in a small-company environment with a hands-on leadership style
Comfortable working in a fast-moving setting with high accountability and visibility
