Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a driven Estimator / Project Manager to join a high-performing heavy civil contractor in the Detroit metro area. This is a career-growth opportunity for a strong builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality civil infrastructure projects.

Project Focus

  • Heavy Civil & DOT work
  • Heavy highway and Bridges
  • Excavation and grading

What You'll Do

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids
  • Manage budgets, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Interface with owners, engineers, and inspectors
  • Ensure quality, safety, and schedule goals are met

    • Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years construction experience (Heavy Civil)
  • 3+ years PM experience
  • Proven success managing DOT / municipal projects
  • Estimating experience required
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Experience with HeavyBid or AGTEK (preferred but not required)
