Atrium has experienced tremendous growth and are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Technician to join and grow our Richmond team at Gerwyn Manor : an East End / Sandston area apartment community featuring 231 two-bedroom townhomes in close proximity to the Richmond airport.

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager and is expected to make teamwork and customer service their top priority. Days will be spent working and completing assignments as given and scheduled by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. This includes, but is not limited to service requests, emergency calls, move in needs, and property task(s) that may be needed daily, weekly, or monthly. The Maintenance Technician must be available for on-call rotation and work with other service team members and / or office as needed. Flexibility between needs of the properties daily.

The Maintenance Technician, along with every member of our team, will also be responsible for assisting residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and making teamwork a top priority.

Pay : $22 - $25 per hour

Job Location : Gerwyn Manor, 5194 Gerwyn Cir, Sandston, VA 23150

Schedule : Full Time, typically 8 : 30a - 5 : 30pm Monday - Friday.

• On-call rotation schedule is required
