Responsibilities :

• Comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet business requirements
• Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines / goals
• Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
• Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
• Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately
• Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
• Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
