A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to manage and execute day-to-day People Operations and support post-M&A integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support post-acquisition integration efforts, including employee education on new benefits and policies
Lead onboarding and cultural assimilation efforts for transitioning employees
Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters and provide conflict resolution expertise
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting M&A integration efforts
At least 3 years of experience in people operations, preferably in a rapidly growing organization
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee relations
Experience with Microsoft Office & SharePoint; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
