- Answer inbound technical support calls from field technicians.
- Work with callers to troubleshoot and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Follow established procedures to resolve problems or escalate as needed.
- Complete training and monitored call periods before handling calls independently.
Requirements:
- Interest in technology and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with technology is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and detail-oriented.
Schedule and Pay
- Pay: $18/hour
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM for 4–6 weeks (one-on-one training).
- After training: monitored calls for 5–6 weeks, then assigned a shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Shifts remain consistent once assigned.
