Receptionist Position
A well-established distribution and logistics company in Carlsbad is seeking an energetic and highly organized receptionist to manage a busy front office and handle a high volume of incoming calls each day. Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls (80100 daily) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and conference rooms.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Provide general administrative support to departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room usage.
- Handle office supply inventory and assist with facilities coordination.
- Assist with internal communication and basic HR or accounting support as needed.
Requirements :
2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a busy office environment.Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and phone system software (Cisco, RingCentral, or similar).Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business or administration a plus.Schedule : Full-time, MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM, on-site in Carlsbad.
