This is not an entry level position. This "Fitness Sales Manager" should have the ability to step in and sell high ticket training packages and manage a 7+ figure business independently. This role is designed for an already highly proficient sales manager, fitness industry experience encouraged, who is prepared to immediately step into a leadership role.

This sales manager will be responsible for :

We are looking for a rockstar sales manager who :

Serve as a key point of contact with members, with emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. Duties include :

Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and associated reporting through MindBody POS system. Maintain daily / weekly statistical and financial reports. Maintain retail inventory to assure adequate stock and prevent shrinkage.

Experience :

Compensation structure : salary + bonus potential

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000 per year

OTE : $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Bonus : incentive structure based on facility performance
