Leidos is seeking dedicated licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting U.S. military service members and their families as they navigate important life adjustments while serving their country.
The Adult Military and Family Life Counselor (Adult-MFLC) position offers an exceptional opportunity to provide non-medical support, including counseling, consultation, and outreach, to service members and their families. This preventive counseling aims to address issues before they escalate into larger challenges.

Work Environment :
In accordance with the Department of Defense directives, duties will be performed in both indoor (approximately 60%) and outdoor (approximately 40%) settings. Indoor work will typically be in controlled school environments, while outdoor tasks may involve navigating uneven surfaces and varying weather conditions.
Licensure Portability :
Licensed Military and Family Life Counselors can now provide services at any location within the U.S., regardless of their state of licensure, following recent changes in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Pay Range : $57,850.00 - $104,575.00. Compensation may vary based on responsibilities, experience, skills, and market alignment.
