Supervises, leads, and coordinates work employees in the execution of new technical strategies, equipment or standards.
Conducts risk assessments and implements risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and reliability of engineering projects
Provides engineering and technical expertise and guidance for the identification, analysis and resolution of high impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems in engineering
Ensures the engineering facility design basis is controlled and design basis documentation is maintained
Conducts engineering and related studies with full technical responsibility for planning and coordinating high-impact complex projects

Skills in using electrical diagnosis equipment including multimeters and oscilloscopes
Basic networking knowledge and skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with control panel layout and component mounting (e.g. DIN rail, terminal blocks, relays)
Skills in wire stripping, crimping, and routing neatly within enclosures
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Experience in instrumentation and data logging equipment
Experience in automation software (e.g. LabVIEW, Ovation)
Bachelor's Degree must be in a STEM Field.

Experience with energy storage, generators, microgrids a plus
Professional Electrical Engineer CA a plus but not required
