Key Responsibilities

Design and revise engaging, culturally responsive curriculum and learning experiences

Teach courses to cohorts of students and provide academic support and feedback

Develop strategies to enhance student experience and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

5 years of classroom teaching experience with culturally and linguistically diverse students

Graduate degree (masters or doctorate) in a relevant educational field

Demonstrated experience in curriculum design

Ability to design and teach coursework in Spanish

Experience teaching or coaching adult learners through collegiate courses or professional development
