Major Food Group seeks experienced and qualified Maitre'D to join our team at Dirty French Steakhouse !

Located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, Dirty French Steakhouse is a glamorous, high-energy steakhouse from Major Food Group that breathes new life into the storied genre while remaining true to its history. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee dining room operation in a restaurant
• Customer relations and ensuring guests receive impeccable service at all times
• Greet customers and guide them to their tables
• Answer customer questions regarding food, drinks, and specials
• Help flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
• Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints or disputes
• Manage waitstaff to ensure efficient and excellent service throughout a given seating
