**Key Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
- 2 to 8 years of engineering experience, with a focus on civil design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Ability to perform design calculations, prepare technical drawings, and conduct material specification tasks.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
- Primary focus on internal project work with some business development involvement.
