Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Sales Generation : Drive sales through proactive engagement, identifying prospects, and converting leads into successful transactions.

Policy Promotion : Educate clients about different insurance products and services, ensuring they are informed about their options.

Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and outstanding service delivery.

Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid South Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused : Ability to understand and respond to clients' insurance needs efficiently.

Motivated : Proactive in seeking out new opportunities and clients.

Team-Oriented : Enjoys working in a collaborative setting and contributing to a positive team environment.

Technical Skills : Competency in using CRM and related sales software is beneficial.
