BIP is currently expanding its footprint in the United States, focusing on growing its Capital Markets and Financial Services lines. About the Role :

The Solution Architect will define technical architecture for payments and wire-processing platforms supporting our investment banking clients high-priority initiatives (e.g., US Wires expansion, Payments modernization). This role partners with technology leads, engineers, and product owners to define end-to-end designs ensuring scalability, compliance, resiliency, and alignment with enterprise standards.

You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside around the posted city, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural blueprints and integration patterns for payments / wires platforms.
• Define target-state architectures across Python, Java, .NET, Oracle, and Hadoop / Informatica ecosystems.
• Evaluate vendor and cloud solutions; ensure alignment with bank-wide technology principles.
• Review application designs for security, performance, observability, and operational readiness.
• Guide engineering teams through implementation phases and ensure standards compliance.
• Promote reuse, modular design, and modernization of legacy systems.
