**Key Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 5 years experience supporting finance or accounting systems, with a penchant for application implementation and user support.
- Strong project management skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Hands-on experience in accounting roles or supporting accounting users.
- Familiarity with Dynamics GP, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Insight into fund, investment, and portfolio management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SQL or T-SQL required; experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, or Scribe is a bonus.
- Competence in using BI Reporting Platforms and Financial Reporting tools like Qlikview and Solver is desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Finance, or a related technical field, is mandatory.
