A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to provide operational support for team member benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates across HRIS systems
Ensure operational accuracy and data integrity by conducting audits and correcting discrepancies
Apply compliance regulations to daily processes and assist in distributing required documentation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and pivot tables
Experience with PeopleSoft or similar benefits administration systems
Working knowledge of benefits regulations such as ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
