16 General Anesthesiologists

3 CV Anesthesiologists

54 CRNA / AA

28 Operating Rooms + OB

Types of cases include :

Ortho, Neuro. General, Urology, ENT, Bariatric, Vascular, Thoracic, OB / GYN, Peds and Trauma

OB- Number of monthly / annual deliveries : 3000+

EMR : EPIC

24000+ Annual Cases

No OR scheduled on the weekend

Required :

DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
