Responsibilities
Identify product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions of TikTok's account strategies.
Drive the vision and guide strategic direction of key investment areas in product, development, marketing, operation, customer research and experience throughout business and user journey on TikTok.
Working collaboratively with well-defined goals and milestones across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to cross functional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
Experience managing and leading teams to drive results.
Experience working with accounts is preferred.
Strong detail in leadership, communication, and project management.
Good understanding of technical realizations and being an adaptive learner of new areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building and growing diverse content products.
Experience in an enterprise level platform.

Job Information
Compensation Description (Annually)
Base salary range : $165,120 - $311,600 annually.
Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and 10 paid holidays per year.
