Description :

Travel opportunity for an Interventional Radiology Tech.

The shift is from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM.

The unit consists of two interventional radiology suites.

There are a total of four techs and six registered nurses on staff.

The patient ratio is estimated to be between 1 : 1 and 3 : 1, not guaranteed.

Typical equipment used includes GE EMR and Meditech.

Candidates must possess specific skills and certifications.

Neuro experience and knowledge of thrombectomy procedures are preferred.

Procedures performed include basic interventional radiology tasks, drainage, and more complex cases such as sirspheres, tumor ablation, and spine jacks.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter and a team player.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations are essential.
