Speech & Language Pathologist

Center based special education preschool program seeks a NYS Certified SLP with TSSLD and Certificate of Clinical Competence to provide speech therapy to children ages 3-5 years old. We are a state-of-art, approved special education preschool program in Canarsie, Brooklyn. Our program is based on the Common Core Standards.

• Speech Language Pathologist Duties :
• Provide direct speech services in accordance with the IEP mandate
• Maintain session notes and log notes on EasyTrac, maintain attendance cards, time sheets and records in accordance with local and state requirements.
• SLP will collaborate with school personnel, participate in meetings, and complete quarterly and annual reports
• Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications :
• NYS certification as Speech-Language Pathologist, TSSLD and CCC
• Experience in the preschool special education field
• Clearance by DOE and DOI
