Job Summary :

The Maintenance Team Lead oversees all maintenance operations in our refrigerated salad processing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, food safety compliance, and a safe working environment. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, managing daily priorities, emergency repairs, work schedules, and timecards, while supporting planned maintenance activities and proper CMMS usage. The position also partners with the Maintenance Planner on scheduling, coordinates parts procurement with the buyer, and ensures all work meets quality and documentation standards.

What you'll do :

• Assist the Maintenance Planner with scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate planned maintenance activities in the shop and production areas.
• Maintain long-range maintenance and capital project calendars.
• Expedite safety-critical maintenance work and track schedule compliance metrics.

The base salary for this role typically ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on a combination of factors, including skills, experience, expertise, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses or other incentive programs as part of a comprehensive total rewards package, which also includes a full range of medical, financial, and wellness benefits.
