Computer Systems Analyst

Participating in all phases of the .Net Core application design and implementing architecture process (.Net full stack with Angular UI).

• Interacting with business to identifying business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project.
• Working with business analysts to analyze and understand the gathered requirements, functional requirements and create technical design documentation according to it.
• Designing the new module or system based on the received requirements.
• Study existing module, component or system landscape and identify redundant / ineffective systems.
• Interacting with the different Cloud teams to manage cloud movement activities.
• Presenting demos, POCs (Proof of Concept) to the prospect customers and providing them technical help.
• Providing technical support to team members if team is working on some critical requirement or implementing some core business logic.
• Coordinate with client to test the solutions provided and gather the feedback for necessary enhancement and maintenance of the application.
• Coordinate with the team members to implement the client requirements according to process and design. Reporting project updates and delivery status to TCS Manager.
• Coordinate with deployment team for implantation and rolling out the new / changed code in QA and Production. Analysis of the impact due to the changes / new implementations. Analysis of the database changes and configuration changes and their impact on the current system.
• Incident and Problem Management by Identifying the issue, Performing Root Cause analysis and provide the permanent fix for the issues.
