- Hospital based Outpatient with some crossover in Acute Care as needed (Training Provided)
- Willing to mentor and train therapist not already practicing hand therapy
- Non-profit hospital - Qualify for PSLF
- 1 on 1 care - 65% productivity standard - 8 patients per day with 1 hour appointments
- Work directly with a hand surgeon
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation assistance if applicable
- CEU and certification budget + specialized therapists onsite World class benefits
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks starting
- Mentorship - work with a large interdisciplinary team of experienced therapists

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
