Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Bridging Care Provider) Deerfield Beach, FL

COMPENSATION : Salary $150k + $10k Bonus

We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role : Compensation : $150k

Bonus : Up to 10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.

18-20 patients a day

Hours : Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)

Work / Life Balance

Working Multiple locations covering for clinicians on PTO and overflow of patients

Administrative time included in schedule

No nights or weekends

100% outpatient

Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA / Scheduler /

Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements :

Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

Bilingual : Spanish Speaking (Preferred)

2+ years NP Primary Care outpatient experience
