Salary : $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location : 118-35 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY (MPT Forest Hills-Queens Boulevard; outpatient clinic)

Job Type : Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Mon / Wed / Fri 8AM-6PM, and Tues / Thurs 2PM-7PM. Flexibility with schedule. Will discuss schedule during interview.)
