We’re seeking an Antitrust Paralegal with strong experience supporting complex litigation and regulatory matters who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in managing and litigating complex antitrust cases involving mergers, monopolization and unfair competition
• Assist with document review, fact investigation, discovery responses and trial preparation
• Conduct legal and economic research related to DOJ and FTC investigations and enforcement actions
• Organize case files, maintain databases and coordinate communication with clients, experts and government agencies
