The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial HVAC systems, general building maintenance, and must possess a valid drivers license to travel between sites. / ppstrongQualifications : / strong / pullistrongValid drivers license / strong with a clean driving record (required). / lilistrong3+ years of experience / strong in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. / liliEPA Universal Certification (preferred). / lilistrongStrong knowledge / strong of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. / lilistrongAbility to work independently / strong and manage time effectively. / lilistrongExcellent communication / strong and customer service skills. / lilistrongHigh school diploma / strong or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus. / li / ulpstrongKey Responsibilities : / strong / pullistrongPerform routine and emergency maintenance / strong on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. / lilistrongTroubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems / strong including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers. / lilistrongConduct inspections and preventive maintenance / strong across assigned properties. / lilistrongRespond to service requests / strong and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. / lilistrongMaintain accurate records / strong of work performed and materials used. / lilistrongEnsure compliance / strong with safety regulations and company policies. / lilistrongTravel between multiple sites / strong using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). / li / ulpstrongAdditional Eligibility Qualifications : / strong / pullistrongTechnical, vocational or on-the-job training / strong in at least one of the following areas : HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. / lilistrongPossess and maintain a valid drivers license / strong (commercial license may be required) and good driving record with periodic checks. / lilistrongBasic Computing Skills / strong in Outlook, Excel Word. / lilistrongMay be only maintenance staff member on duty / strong during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority / emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and / or stand-by on-call duties. / li / ulpstrongWork Environment : / strong This job operates in a professional office environment.
