Salary Range :

  • $75,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Position :

  • Staff Accountant (Hybrid | Corporate Office – Southern California) Are you a hands-on Staff Accountant who enjoys digging into the details and owning your work?

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Support month-end close and general ledger accuracy
  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial support schedules
  • Track cash flow, outstanding receivables, and payables
  • Assist with financial reporting and internal documentation
  • Partner with the Controller to improve processes and maintain accuracy
  • Work with vendors, project teams, and internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies What You Bring :
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong AP / AR and month-end close experience
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
  • Construction accounting, job costing, or project-based billing experience — highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (NetSuite or similar a plus)
  • Detail-focused with a drive for accuracy and process improvement
