Key Responsibilities
Build and execute targeted demand generation campaigns across digital channels
Manage organic social media channels and optimize paid social campaigns
Support event planning and execution, including webinars and trade shows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in staffing or HR tech
Proven experience in organic and paid social media, especially LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of demand generation and campaign planning
Hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
