If you’re the kind of driver who believes hard work should pay off, this opportunity is for you. We’re looking for experienced

  • Over-the-Road CDL-A drivers
  • who want great pay, dependable miles, and time off they can count on — including Thanksgiving and the day after if requested.

This position offers long, steady runs, flexible earned time off, and a pay structure that rewards safety, consistency, and loyalty.

What You Can Expect :

  • Mileage Pay :
  • $0.97–$1.00 per mile
  • Schedule :
  • 18 days on, 5 days off through Thanksgiving
  • Time Off :
  • Home for Thanksgiving (and the day after if requested)

    • Work the Saturday after Thanksgiving for 25 days straight

    Then take up to

  • 5 days of earned time off
  • Note :
  • No PTO may be used the week of Christmas or the following week
  • Freight :
  • Full truckload, dry van (less than 2% Hazmat freight)

    • Pay & Incentives :

  • Sign-On Bonus
  • available
  • Anniversary Bonus :
  • $100 for each year of continuous service
  • Detention Pay :
  • Starts after just 1 hour
  • Safety-Based Raises :
  • Earn increases at designated mileage intervals, up to a high cap
  • Hazmat Premium :
  • Extra pay per mile for placarded loads
  • CSA Safety Bonus :
  • Every 90 days — $1,025 (Hazmat endorsed) or $825 + 8 hours paid time off
  • On-Road Safety Bonus :
  • $600 every 90 days
  • Referral Program :
  • Earn additional income for each driver you refer
