As a Client Service Specialist, you are responsible for

• Assisting in the day to day servicing responsibilities for Schwab’s recordkeeping clients consistent with Schwab’s goals and guiding principles.
• Supporting a team of Client Service Managers responsible for our clients’ complete satisfaction with Schwab.
• Daily administration assignments, such as, researching participant or client related questions, comprehension / application of procedures, processes, and systems, as well as direct contact with Schwab’s clients.
• Participating in the research, development, and production of strategic solutions to meet our retirement client needs including accumulation of supporting documents or reports.
• Communicating clearly in both written and face-to-face communications, working collaboratively within the organization, sharing best practices, and aiding in the continuous improvement of the services provided by Schwab.
