We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliPull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently / liliProvide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues / liliReceive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials / liliManage parts inventory, including picking, staging, replenishing, and cycle counts / liliEnter and update inventory data using computers and handheld RF Inventory Scanners / liliOperate lift trucks and other material handling equipment / liliUtilize MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP for day-to-day activities / liliApply Lean Principles (5S) to maintain an organized, efficient workspace / liliCollaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards and timely order fulfillment / liliCommunicate effectively with managers, peers, and customers / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliHigh school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate / liliAt least 3 years of material handling or storeroom experience / liliExperience in order pulling, parts receiving, and inventory management / liliStrong customer service skills / liliProficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and RF scanner usage / liliBasic knowledge of Lean Principles and 5S / liliLift truck operation experience is a plus. / liliAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment / liliEffective communicator and team player / li / ul / div
